Frequency Attunements (FAs) are meditative journeys that guide you into a softened, sensory state - where you remember what's true beneath cultural distortion and internal noise. 

Through breath, sound, and imagery, they soothe your nervous system, soften your lens, and bring you back to the pace that feels like home— so you can begin each day with clarity, intention, and beauty

Why this works

Each FA is an intimate experience of return. You’ll be guided into a deep state of relaxation where you'll be able to listen inward. But FAs aren’t just beautiful. They’re effective—because they work with the systems your body and subconscious already trust: rhythm, imagery, repetition, and safety.

This isn't about fixing anything. It’s about shifting state—so that your perception changes, and with it, your reality.

Our process:

  • Breathwork → activates the parasympathetic nervous system (rest & digest) and calms survival states.
  • Gratitude → changes neural filters (RAS), shifting your focus from lack to abundance without bypassing emotion.
  • Sound & rhythm → regulate heart rate, increase vagal tone, and gently entrain the nervous system into coherence.
  • Imagery & metaphor → bypass resistance and speak directly to the subconscious (this is the language the limbic system understands.
  • Symbolic ritual & poetic framing → reframe experience, reduce cognitive load, and create meaningful closure.
  • Theta wave induction → (through tone, pacing, and music) opens suggestibility, relaxes you into trust and helps anchor expanded awareness.
  • Emotional-state shifting → creates new associations and feelings that rewrite perception to ones of joy, peace and freedom.
